Mark Grieco

Mark Grieco is an attorney, a member of the Florida Bar, and senior partner at Grieco & Scalera, PA. Mr. Grieco focuses on contracts, dividing his time between lecturing and assisting clients in risk management, contract drafting, negotiation, performance and litigation. He also helps companies enhance their contracts, using best practices, for the purchase of goods, services and technology. For over twenty years, Mr. Grieco has been a subject matter expert and world-wide lecturer in the fields of contract law, negotiations, risk management, software agreements, statements of work, project management and procurement across various categories and industries. Mr. Grieco has an undergraduate degree in business and an MBA from Texas Tech University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University. Mr. Grieco has written several articles, has recorded dozens of podcasts, filmed almost 100 videos and lectured at numerous conferences. He does in-house and public courses, always teaching risk management and best practices. He has published two books.
